  1. I just need a random legal opinion on this..i was googling for online legal query and hit upon u have any thoughts..if the content is irrelevant just ignore the mail..

I require opinion of a legal expert on the following.

My grandfather who was a Government Servant bought 2 acres of land at Simizhi in Thanjavur district. This was purchased in the year 1955. He has given the land for cultivation to a local and signed an agreement with him that he would do cultivation in that piece of land. And he would give us a share of the produce every year. He has been on and off regular in his commitment to give us our annual due. But, as in the last many years, since we were not too concerned about financial income through this source, we did not bother him and were just satisfied with whatever little he offered to us as annual return.

Recently I had developed an interest to try out some farming and for sentimental reasons try to do my experiments in this ancestral property of us(my mother has inherited this property after my grand father and mother passed away last year, she is the only daughter and a legal heir.). The person with whom my grandfather had signed a deal is still alive, but his children seem to be managing the affairs in recent years due to the persons failing health. The local practice in the village is that the person who has been cultivating the land all these years has 50% share of the property. I am willing to offer him that and take the remaining 50% in our name and want to employ someone to cultivate(am planning to try organic farming in that piece) and have direct control over the property.

What is the procedure i need to go about doing this and what are the issues i need to take care of in this process. Would appreciate any advice and if need be provide with additional info?

GOOD MORNING, I am I.V. SUBBA RAO, I have developed advanced new technology, it is named as iron ore pellitization.. Still it is not introduced in India for small medium and major sponge iron manufacturing industries.

We are planning to set up 50 T.P.D Commercial production plant, its cost is 27 Cores, but we are not financially sound enough. We have applied for patent rights on JULY 2008, regarding this technology so many domestic and other country small scale sponge iron manufactures are contacting through mails and through phones. Lot of customers is interesting to utilize our technology, while before that they want to see the operation plant.

If I set up 50 TPD plant i.e., both ways it is like to pellet plant as well as commercial production plant. If any one help for us financial loan of Rs 24. 0 Cores (Indian currency). I will set up the plant as early as possible (6.0 to 9.0months).

After starting the commercial production we will start clearing ours loan immediately, other wise if want sponge iron material we will supply the material (just like barter system).

Through this technology small, medium and major sponge iron manufacturing industries (Karnataka, Orissa, Jharkand, Chatisgarh, West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh) can use this iron ore power easily. Because of this technology sponge iron and steel manufactures can get lot of marzines / profits, the Indian Sponge Iron /DRI Economic growth turn over gone up to 1,00,000 Cores per annum.

This product (fines using) is burning problem of India and aboard for sponge iron and steel manufactures. This is unique technology; I have received so many mails with in short time in India and abroad.

I am waiting for your early response.

    Thanking you,
